Crystal Healing

Crystal healing involves utilising the natural properties of crystals and gemstones to promote mental and emotional healing and energy alignment.

Crystal Healing works on profound and subtle levels, changes usually come gradually & transformation taking place over a period of time.  

Each crystal is believed to possess specific vibrations and frequencies. Crystals act as catalysts, they are the tools that enhance the healing energy being transmitted. 

Crystals can be held in the vacinity of the body or laid directly on to it, depending upon what is needed or requested, you do not need to be physically touched. 

The healer will also work on the Chakras, energy centres as well as in the Aura, this is the area that   exists around the physical body it has many subtle levels or layers.

Crystals do not cure illness, they provide mental and emotional   support during times of crisis, they can assist with bringing a sense of peace and upliftment or bring serenity to a troubled mind and   assist with sleep.

Each session is different, you may or may not be aware of the energy being channelled, you may see colour or images, experience or feel different sensations or sounds, more often than not you may get none of these things but just feel a sense of peace, this is perfectly normal.
